Your organization has no active Organization Administrator (OA) assigned to Consumer Sentinel. You need an OA to register new users. Your Approving Authority (or his/her successor) must appoint a new OA by contacting the Consumer Sentinel Help Desk at 877-701-9595 or email customersupport@consumersentinel.gov.
An email has been sent to you with instructions for appointing a new OA, which you can forward to your Approving Authority for help.
